hi , i have just the mobile phone number of the person , i want to know how can i find his ip address using kali linux

About the ip address idea. Phone numbers are not directly linked with ip addresses. You could try a social engineering attack, and link them to a site that will harvest their ip address. To learn how to do that, you can check out http://www.whatstheirip.com.
