i would like to know if Anonsurf option anonymise applications too
(like owasp-zap, nmap, spiderfoot, dirbuster, armitage) or
is it just for browser ?

Anonsurf is a Parrot module that starts a TOR transparent proxy and
forces the whole system to surf the net through TOR.
