I would like to know how to find a good zombie host for scanning a local wireless network . I have tried many times but I get firewall errors

Ok since you are using nmap. I have found a document that will help you do that but you should really learn a little networking skills before you start to try hacking. Don't go into anything blindly.http://nmap.org/book/idlescan.html. This will help.
