You cant say for sure till about a year till its out...
It has to be tested... but im pretty sure itll be still a little tiny bit less safer than tor.. as they provide speed...

Personally, I think hornet is another honeypot.
For now I'll stick with my VPNs.
Personally i also think its a honeypot. Only time will tell. For now i'll too stick with my VPN + Tor.
Mind if I ask what VPNs you guys are using? I'm currently looking around for a good one.
