Before learning that kind of things start by try to setup a lab with virtual machines and local webservers.
By doing that you may understand by yourself what's available after that

Can I hack websites with it.

To hack a webserver, you must understand the basics first. If you already know the ropes of Linux, and you have the essential hacking tools, you should first learn to do Reconnaissance and learn about the Metasploit Framework to then move on to Exploitation.

Active Reconnaissance with Hping3

Active Reconnaissance with Xprobe2

After all that you may move into Post-Exploit, so you'll know what to do on the target system after you've gained access.

Don't give up when facing a lot of theory, knowing your enemy's weak spots make you a worthy opponent.

why u hacked the server? the answer is already with you.. coz i think if you can hack a webserver you know what to do next unless you did it by accident,

If you can hack and compromise the webserver of that website. In theory. Yeah, you can.
