The short answer to is it useful? Yes, it is. However, it really depends on what kind of "hacking" you're into as it is such a broad term these days. You may want to check out the C++ hacking post if you haven't already.
How i can use c++ in hacking
there's not special way to learn hacking and you must be a height level devloper but i can help you with proposing the windows.h library
